Blond colour with massive foaming head. Aroma and flavour do have massive amounts of sweet cantaloupe melon. Very perfumey. Over carbonated.

5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Clear golden with a very thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of grain, bread, banana, yeast, apple peel, cellar, dust. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple & pear on a bready-yeasty character with bitter accents of grain & grass; lemony undercurrent leads to a dryish, grainy finish, with faint grassy-earthy hops, lingering yeast & apple. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Came across as somewhat bland, but I had had a fair share of beers by then.

5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Hazy dark brown with a lasting, very thin, foamy, tan head. Aroma of red wine, wood, caramel, red grapes, fondant, almond, leaves, port wine. Taste is medium fruity sweet, lots of red grapes, raisin, with an 'unripe' sourish berries character, almond & caramel underneath as well as some chocolate powder, touch of woody vanilla too. Dryish, tart, woody finish, faint herbal hops, subtle red wine-like alcohol. The wine element fits well into the Porter, not overwhelming but certainly a nice sipper.
