Bottle. Awful gushing. Foggy yellow colour. Huge white head. Aroma: obviously infected. Lots of yeast that strangely have a brett feel. Honey melon, fruit. light body. Light sour & bitter taste. Fruity. Yeasty. Infected. Hoppy ending. Despite the infection it did not seem to be undrinkable.

On tap. Misty amber pour. Proper head. Aroma: massive sweet caramel & candy, dates & raisins, figs, baked pear, sherry, toffee, some spicy yeast. Full body. Medium sweet taste. Caramel, toffee, candy, dried fruit, banana, some spiciness. Light bitter ending. Moderate alcohol on aftertaste. Does not suit the style enough. Would be all right in the category of Belgian strong ales.

Bottle. Pitch black colour, small beige unstable head. Aroma: Siberian cedar needles, roasted malts, molasses, minor coffee. Full-bodied. Soft carbonation. Taste: medium sweet, robust malts. Roast & molasses & toast. Coffee, chocolate. Cedar needles on ending. OK, it has its right to be as interesting experiment. I'm not among the grateful public, I'm afraid.
