Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, amber with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Christmas spices in the nose - cloves and cinnamon, perhaps also cardamom. Medium body, sweet and caramelly but dominated by the Xmas spices. Faint, bittering hops. Very christmassy indeed. 250123

Ljust gyllene i färgen med en klar vätska innehållande små kolsyrebubblor. Allt toppas med ett tunt skumlock. Lätt arom av päronskal och sedan lite deg och en antydan av gräs. Spritig i smaken som mer eller mindre dominerar helheten och den är inte angenäm.

Bottle. Clearish golden body, lively carbonation. Banana and pear in the aroma, full malty notes. Some fruity presence, but all seems to be yeast-driven, but who knows. Lean, perfumey taste, creamy, caramelly, sugary, citric, herbal, bitterish finish, warming notes. Nice.
