Cask @ Jolly Brewer, Stamford. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 161018

Cask @ The Jolly Brewer, Stamford. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are dominated by Sorachi hops (which I dislike), flowers, fruits and malt. Nice bitter finish.

Gravity cask at the Draymans Son, Ely. Dark dolg, clear with a wisp of whitish head. Intense resinous hops on the nose. The taste is a bitter syrupy resinous flavour with an intensely bitter finish which stays long after the sip. Grapefruit peel and tamarind on the aftertaste. Lovely.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. A Cleer golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is tropical apricot and orange, simple base malts, light grass, tangerine. Palslte is semi sweet, fine cask condition. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangerine, peach, orange. Decent.

24/8/2018. Cask at the 41st Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear dark amber with a thin bubbly white head. Aroma of malt, hop, fruit and nutty spice. Watery texture. Long lasting bitterness. Not so keen.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A nut brown coloured pour with a loose dirty tan head. Aroma is sweet jammy fruits, strawberry, brown sugars, maple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, bark, toasted bread and jam. Palate is semi sweet light tang, woody tannin, lowish carbonated.

Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester. Dark gold and hazy, without much of a head at all. Mangoes, pink grapefruit and must in the dank aroma. A nice punchy smell for 3.8%. Tastes quite bitter, with a medicinal sour note near the finish. More mango and some juicy satsuma in the aftertaste. Light, oily body. Very decent.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 1, 07/08/18. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is mellow tropical fruits, tangerine, straw, light pine. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, soft breads, airy malts, toasted grains, light pine, citric sherbets. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask pale.

Cask at GBBF 2918. Hazy hoppy and malt aroma. Pale gold. Thick bodied. Foamy head. Initial sweetness with bitterness in finish. Floral. Thin. Watery. Soft. Abrupt. Abrupt finish. Nice enough.
