GBBF Day 1. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is light but fairly flat. Light malts. Mild floral mid. Slightly ripe citrus. Light finish. The mouthfeel really kills this one.

Half-pint, cask ale at Stanford Arms in Lowestoft. Clear copper-reddish body. Off-white, patchy head, upper part lacing. Bready malts on the nose with a touch of berry skins. Blended taste of bread and mid-sweet raspberries, woody. Bittersweet malt-berry ending. Something else, quite alright. (06.07.2019).
