Description
Wishbone Brewery Limited is a microbrewery based in the heart of Yorkshire between Wuthering Heights and the Yorkshire Dales in an old industrial area of Keighley in the shed of a textiles mill, we aim to brew flavoursome beers in a broad range of styles.

Cask halfpint at The Junction, Castleford. Dark ruby colour, nearly black. Beige head. Moderate aroma, mild roasty notes. Very nice flavour, notes of dates and liquorice, moderate roasty notes, decent bittering hops.

Cask at the Cherry Tree Inn beer festival, Woodbridge. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with almost no head. Aroma of hops, malt, citrus fruit and grass. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation.

On cask at Junction Castleford - Cleat yellow, hoppu nose, bit of grass and hay, slight bitter finish. Nothing spesh.

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 12/05/17. Lightly hazed golden with a well appointed off white covering. Nose is soft bread, tropical fruit esters, grapefruit, orange pith, cantaloupe melon. Taste comprises grapefruit, light pine needle, papaya, mango, soft breads, apricot, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close lashed with juicy hop bitterness. Decent well balanced DIPA.

Cask handpull at The Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe. Clear russet colour lasting beige head. Really interesting fruity malty old ale Touch of sourness no doubt but an old sour flavour. Beer of the day easily. Just really good. Hides abv well. Love the soreen malt loaf richness. Superb.
