Description
Wishbone Brewery Limited is a microbrewery based in the heart of Yorkshire between Wuthering Heights and the Yorkshire Dales in an old industrial area of Keighley in the shed of a textiles mill, we aim to brew flavoursome beers in a broad range of styles.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Clear dark copper with a thin head. Has a fuller-bodied grainy-maltiness with a lower bitterness. There’s a low sweetness about it too.

Cask at Craft Islington. Thanks to ChrisO. Light haze on this amber beer, no real head. Palate is light and semi dry, modest carbonation. Ripe fruits. Dry floralness turning mildly bitter. Light finish. Average bitter.

Cask at CBC Islington, 07/07/16. Lightly hazed chestnut brown with a beige cap. Nose is light beechwood smoke, biscuit, toffee, light spice, tarte fruit notes. Taste comprises toffee, biscuit, subtle smoked malt, toffee, fruit esters. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok flavour profile ... lacks condition.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Clear very dark amber with a small creamy head. Has a gritty maltiness to it in a very easy-drinking light texture.

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Slightly hazed golden-yellow coloured ale with a head. Mildly hoppy with a bittered English fruitiness.

Cask @ Dirty Dick’s, Halifax. Clear golden with a smooth head. It’s very light with its citric-bitter fruitiness that leaves a bushy aftertaste.

Cask at CBC Islington, London. Slightly hazy amber color, small white head. Aroma has earthy hops and caramalt. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Flavor has pine, caramel and earthy hops. Tasty.

Cask at the craft beer co angel. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is big smokey phenolics, meat,bacon, bruised tangy apples, glazed ham. Flavour is composed of sweet nutty toasted grains, maple, smoked phenols, brown sugars, meaty. Palate is medium sweet and sticky, moderate to low carbonation. Lingering meaty bacon.
