Description
Wishbone Brewery Limited is a microbrewery based in the heart of Yorkshire between Wuthering Heights and the Yorkshire Dales in an old industrial area of Keighley in the shed of a textiles mill, we aim to brew flavoursome beers in a broad range of styles.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden, London. A dark golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, grapefruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, grapefruit, citrus, slight bitterness.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden coloured with a small head. Has a slightly soapy hop-malt balance with a lower bitterness. Has some peachy bubble-gum sweetness in aroma and taste.

Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear yellow with a frothy white head. The nose holds crispy pale malts, hay, lemon rind. Light sweet flavor with pleasant grassy bitterness, biscuity pale malts, bitter straw, rindy citrus, pithy lemon. Light bodied with average carbonation; good condition. Clean finish, with quenching grassy bitterness, just enough dry bready sweetness. A really solid golden ale.

Cask handpump at Craft Clerkenwell, Saturday 13th February 2016 Pours mid gold with a white head, great nick, though still difficult to see this as anything other than a very decent if rather workmanlike golden bitter. Middling fruitiness, light bitter edge, quite pleasant, it’s fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Cask @ Northern Monk Refrectory, Leeds. Weak golden appearance due to its lack of a head. Mid tropical fruit flavoured with a similar aroma.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. slightly hazy tawny amber-gold with a bubbly head. Its strength is evident but there’s still a dominant tropical fruitiness in both aroma and taste.
