Description
Wishbone Brewery Limited is a microbrewery based in the heart of Yorkshire between Wuthering Heights and the Yorkshire Dales in an old industrial area of Keighley in the shed of a textiles mill, we aim to brew flavoursome beers in a broad range of styles.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear, deep brown with a foamy head. The nose holds toasted grains and light roast. Light to medium sweet flavor with more grainy toast, cocoa, light earth, leather. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Finishes with notes of dry and grainy toast, wholegrain bread, bitter earth, dried leathery berries. Pretty OK.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Black with an off-white creamy head. There’s plenty of coffee notes here, quite smooth and lingers in the palate.

Cask @ Cricketers, Keighley. Golden with a small creamy head. Has a crisp, malty character with a hint of fruit.
