Description
We are a small group of people who are passionate about beer. So much so that we decided to bring a brewery back to Bewdley.

It has taken a lot of hard work and determination but we hope you'll agree it has all been worthwhile. Together we bring years of experience from within the industry and by just enjoying a good quality pint!

We brew on a 10 barrel plant which produces 2880 pints per brew. We have capacity to brew four times per week, and so this gives over half a million pints per year.

Wild River is our craft and keg arm of the brewery.

500ml bottle: BBE Aug 18. Third beer in a random tasting session with myself on 14th July 17. Clean, clear and bright amber body, white foaming head. Malt forward brew, closely followed by piny hops and a woody feel: both the nose and taste are this way. As the beer warms a little the hops take over and the beer changes tack becoming fruity and slightly bitter. Another decent beer from Bewdley.

Clear 330ml bottle: BBE Jun 17. Poured into a Gordon’s Thistle glass one day past it’s BBD. Clean amber body, wispy white topping. Slight traces of smouldering maltiness in the nose and taste, mild whisky flavour. It lacked depth for the alcohol level and just seemed a bit ’flat’ condition wise. I like this breweries beers normally, so was expecting something a little bit more exciting than I got.

Rochdale Beer Festival 2016. Deep red with a small glow. Has a sticky-sweet, but understated dark malts character. Quite tasty nevertheless.
