Pours straw with a quickly fading head.Nose shows orange peel, doughy wheat and soft floral notes.Flavours include more doughy wheat and a soft cardboard note along with some orange peel.

Pours coppery brown with a small head.Nose shows spicy, floral, herbal and earthy hops along with some bready and nutty malt.Flavours include nutty malt, fruity and spicy hops with a lingering malty finish.

Pours amber with a fading head.Nose shows soft sweet bready and biscuity malt. Little else.Flavours include some cereal notes, carboard-like malt. A little metallic.Too heavily carbonated.

Schooner @ Capt Cook, Moore Park. Great passionfruit, caramel, resin nose. Bronze beer with creamy white head. Flat mouthfeel, fruity bitter finish. Exceptional session beer.

330ml bottle into shaker. Excellent fruity hop nose. Cloudy honey/amber beer with large foamy white head. Carbonation is lively. Body is very light but taste is full of fruity, floral bitterness. A little malt appears at the end. Nice sessioner, well balanced.

Bottle. Hazy deep amber with an off white head.Aroma of toffee, blackcurrants, grapefruit, some herbs and pine. Light bodied with modest carbonation. The toffee sweetness is there but it treads very lightly. The bitterness is moderate but cuts through easily. Finish is dry. Nice combination of hops. A very nice quaffer.

Vic on the Park festival. Small glass. Nutty aroma, clear brown beer with thin head. Zingy on the mouth. Fruity, sour, smoky finish. Fairly standard brown Ale.

On tap at The Local Taphouse, Sydney on 10th September 2015. Clear reddish copper with diminishing off-white foam and full lacing. Sweet toffee malt aroma. Fruity in-mouth with berries and a tart citrus tang on the sides of the tongue. Sweet fruity finish. Light-bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Amber with an off white head. Aroma of nuts, dried fruits, spices, light bread. Light bodied, clean. Taste - bread and some nuts, but not very sweet at all. Some berries, gentle spicy bitterness. I like the way it’s nutty without either biscuit or much caramel. Staid but good.
