Bomber from Wine & Cheese. Pours darkly ruddy with a slight beige head. Aroma seems mild peach with a spicy sting. MIld spice in aroma. Med + body. Flavor is peachy, and malty, but quite quickly there’s chili. Not mouth destroying, but strong enough to dominate the brew. I think more peach and less chili might work better (lots of peach in Colorado!), but this works pretty well.

Pours a straw yellow, hazy, with a big head of foam that doesn’t last long. There is none in my glass now.

The nose is all aboot the wheat; I only sense some sort of tartness. .

I get a lemon zest and mild tartness to go with the wheat in the taste. That and a mild flavour of some kind of melon.

Light bodied with medium carbonation.

Nice brew. Refreshing brew.

Pour is a dark gold with a large white head. Aroma is a sweet fruit perfume. Peach, white grapes and some berry. I liked it but it kinda came out of left field. Flavor is more of the fruit up front but then comes a tart lemon juice and finishes with something like a kefir lime. This was kinda all over the place but It thought it was odd but decent saison.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is lacto, lemon zest, wood. Thin mouth, nice tartness, lemon, dough, good.

Pours a clear 18 karat gold with a good head of foam that is long lasting.

Fruity smell to it; I get strawberries and some wheat.

Tastes like it smells. Light strawberry notes with a wheat character. Not much more to it but simple can be enjoyable.

Light bodied with medium carbonation.

Not a go to beer but it is an interesting diversion.

Bottle conditioned and Unfiltered, it is a dark red brew that isn’t shy with the foam or lacing.

The smell has peach, very strongly peach that imparts loads of fruity notes, some sweets, and a hint of the pepper. Closing my eyes and just taking some more whiffs, the combined aromas remind me of cinnamon.

Semi sweet peach up front, a mild hop bitterness and earthy malt next, then a burst of heat from the peppers. Wow. The heat hits hard and lasts long after the swallow.

Close to full bodied if not so and lightish carbonation so the peppery taste can, imho, be a lot more manageable. Little intrusion by the ample alcohol.

This is a TREAT! !

Nice heat! Hoppy, malty, definite peach flavour. A shock to the palate at first but I am digging it.

Howler style from Liquor Shed.

A clear copper coloured brew with a small and soon gone head of foam. Surprised to see a bit of lacing.

The nose is really nice. Balanced notes of a pils like hoppiness and oodles of caramel malt.

The taste doesn’t quite live up to what the smell promised. The hops infuse the spiciness and the malt brought the sweet but they’re not all that fresh or vibrant to my palate. At least, not after the up front experience. The flavours all seem to mute themselves midway through and most definitely in the finish. That leaves me asking...what happened?

Light carbonation with the medium body in this case, works okay.

I think this IPA has somewhat of an identity crisis. Do I want to be an American or English IPA? It’s stuck in the middle as in middle of the road. :^(

22oz bottle shared by Smith. Filtered looking yellow-tan body. Massive steady foamy white head. Funky cheesy aroma. Relatively mellow, drinkable. Creamy, almost corny malt tones. Delicate carbonation despite the massive head and bubbles. Interesting deep wheat tones. Sour wheat. Fragile, delicate body. Easy going.

Harsh flavours. Carbonation over done again. Even the funky notes couldn't save it.
