Pours black into a snifter. Mocha head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Dark chocolate and toasted brown bread aromas. Medium bodied with licorice and soy upfront turning to dark chocolate covered pit fruit and warm dark espresso before the lasting earthy pith and pine finish.

Pours murky pear into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Pineapple and passion fruit aromas. Medium bodied and chalky with mango, pineapple and passionfruit upfront turning to grapefruit peel and pith in the dry, lasting finish.

Pours deep dark bronze into a tulip. Tan conglomerate head with good retention recedes leaving trailing spidery sheets. Dank weed and tangerine aromas. Thick with sweet mango, apricot, peach and passion fruit upfront turning to dank weedy and lemon joy before the dry, lasting golden syrup and tangerine pith finish.

8 ounce draft at Cask On! Aroma is herb, orange, and soft floral. Flavor follows. Really nice balance of malt and bitterness. Hands down the best cask at this event.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Murky golden-maize. Frothy white head quickly to ring. Juicy, fruity, light pine. Good acidity and malt. Heavy ester, somewhat yeasty. Thick and yeasty with excellent hop character. Soft, malty, modest attenuation. Juicy and tropical with mega fruity yeast. Pretty clean and ample bitterness.

Cask pour at Cask.on. Opaque milky yellow with ring of head and nice lacing. Aroma is strong orange creamsicle with tinge of herb. Taste follows aroma with mild late bitterness. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. On the sweet side but delicious.
