Canned 3/2/26, drunk 4/20/26.
Really interesting character; not your run-of-the-mill NEIPA. Berry, earth, interesting floral notes, lots of fresh yeast and yet not much in the way of a New Englandy nose (not soft, not juicy, not tropical). The malt seems a bit crusty and biscuity too, with a hint of toast. No alcohol or resin noted.
Oh wow, that is a lot sweeter than expected. Not syrupy, not cloying, but just full of rich honey, rich brown bread and with a ton of cherry, juicy orange and overripe kumquat. Very low bitterness per the style, but not too low, I suppose. It's a weird one, but in a good, unique way. Wish there was just a bit more bitterness, but this is right up there with the best.

Grapefruit and green onion. Pours super murky orange yellow with pretty good head retention. Lots of froth. Some orange marmalade. Tangy sweet short finish. Doesn't cloy. Can.
