Brewery draught, 10/26/25.
As pictured.
Classic NE flavors with zesty lime and fruit salad. More classic grapefruit and pineapple with biscuity malt and lingering pine.
Soft and rich, quite sweet. Maybe a bit too "fluffy". Lots of limey fruit salad from Motueka but not enough bitterness. Borderline caramel character. Too sweet.

Round and fruity cherry with vanilla and mild pepper. Easygoing lacto all softened by chewy, nutty wheat. Vinous.
Fruity, juicy, dry cherry with pepper and lots of skin. Vinous lacto tartness with soft wheat and low acidity.
Juicy and vinous. Low acidity, biscuity wheat and soft cherry juice and skin. Nice and highly carbonated. Dry and quenching with tons of flavor for its size.

Leafy, earthy, peppery hop with mild citrus and mild, but aromatic pine. Light but ample malts with no big toast or anything like that.
Soft, malty, spicy, piney and citrusy but with low bitterness for the WC style and no resin. Flavorful and spicy. Maybe a bit burly, bready, malty, but the flavors are certainly there.

BIG fruity yeast and such. Amplified but not distracted or dominated by adjunct. Rich malts and generous oak lingering.
Soft, juicy, oaky and richly malted. Comforting texture drying out on the finish with good tartness but no huge sourness. Never get distinct cinnamon which is wonderful. Oak and malt with fruity Brett and mild lacto. Nice and round and well-aged.

Juicy and fruity and tropical with big lime cake ming on late adding big, zesty, spicy notes. Big honey like malts balance easily. Zesty, lovely lime lingering.
Juicy, zesty, fruity and with light but ample bitterness. Soft and malty with lime, mango and grapefruit. Excellent bitterness. Easy, flavorful drinking.

Not super balcony, to me. More woody smoke with a bit of coconut. Rich malts with light toast and a touch of chocolate. But the smoke is ever-present.
More salted bacon in the mouth, but it's not quite Schlenkerla. Malty is soft, chewy, sweet up front drying out with bread, light toast and light smoke phenol. Love that abv and the depth of texture and flavor here. Not quite balls to the wall but you gotta "love the smoke" or you won't like this.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Sourdough and corn aromas. Medium bodied with sour corn and hot plastic front to back. Lasting hot plastic finish. Nope.

Can (10/03/24) from Andover Classic Wines. Opaque dark brown, light sparkle, thin head with good retention and nice web of lacing. Aroma is chocolate covered espresso bean, vanilla. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, creamy texture, full body, average carbonation, roasted, lightly bitter finish. Delights all the senses. A pleasure!

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes to soap surface. Melon and tangerine aromas. Medium bodied to spritzy with sweet melon, white smarties and white grape upfront turning to hot pith in the dry, medium length finish.
