Tom and Sam, your hosts and orchestrators, a scientist and an artist. Since sharing walls at university our passions for brewing characterful beers and creating expressive artwork have increasingly overlapped, becoming one hybrid project.

Can 440ml. @ BeerCraft, 3 Argyle Street, Pulteney Bridge, BA2 4BA Bath, Somerset, England.

[ As Masquerade Touchstone ].
ABV: 6.3%. Hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel - sweet malt, moderate hoppy, tropical fruit, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, sweet malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine, earthy. Taste is the same, fruity, tropical, piney and earthy hops, malt. Medium body.

440ml can. Hazy pale golden with a big foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, peach, grapefruit. Taste of juicy fruits, citrus, tropical, peach, grapefruit, pale malts, bitter finish. Light-medium body, soft carbonation. Decent first beer from this new brewery.

440ml can at Bottles & Books, Bristol. Pour opaque mid golden with a white heead. Aroma & taste: pale malts, citrus & stone fruits, light sweet. Medium bodied, average carb, light dry finish. Not bad, from a new brewery just set up.
