Established in 1994
Beginning in 1994 with a 7 barrel converted dairy system, we set and accomplished the goal of providing unique traditional ales & lagers available through OHB. Quickly we outgrew that system.
In 1997, we began the renovation of an 1880 Historic Landmark building, which now houses our brewing facilities, a 25-barrel Price Schonstrom brew house.

Bottle bought at borefts '19. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is chocolate and loads of raspberries. Intense chocolate malt. Lovely. Medium to big body. Flavour is rich, sweet, a little port winey, lots of raspberries and bittersweet chocolate. Complex malt notes. A lovely fruity imperial stout, not as tart as when I tried it fresh. Ageing has made it more vinous and smooth.
