Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Hazed golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of honey, flowery, fruit. Taste is sweetish, honey, floral, grassy hop, formic & pepper hints, alittle tartness and bitterness. Medium bodied, softy carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Didn't note the dispense on this one but it's amongst some cider rates, so maybe bladder bag? Anyhow ... at day 2 of the 40th Pigs Ear Beer festival, Round Chapel Hackney, 04/12/24.

Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.

Gravity cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Pale golden blonde topped with a white head. Nose is mixed tropicana, grass, melon, papaya, faint stone fruits. Taste comprises melon, grapefruit, pine kiss, soft malts, mixed tropicana. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Tidy cask pale although would have liked more hop expression considering those involved!
