Description
Founded in 1995, Bank Top Brewery is nestled in the former mill village of Bank Top in North Bolton. Our custom-built 11-barrel brew plant is housed in the picturesque Grade II listed tennis pavilion, where we brew an average of 22,000 pints per week.

Cask @ The Royal Oak Hotel, Fleetwood. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, flowers and has a sweet fruity finish.

Cask at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear brown with a creamy tan head. The nose holds burnt toast and faint cocoa. Light to medium sweet flavour, some toast, cocoa, dried fruits. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Sweet finish, further toasted brown bread. Serviceable.

Pours a clear golden colour with a small off white head. A pale sweetish malty aroma with a hint of honey and clover. Moderately sweet malt taste, some caramel and fruity bitterness but a bit thin. Okay.

Cask at GBBF 2018, Olympia, London. A dark brown coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Sweet, caramel, dark fruit aroma. Tastes slightly sweet, caramel ,dark fruit, hint of port in there.
