We take great care in the whole process of cider making. From grafting and planting the trees to harvesting and pressing the apples; we focus and fuss over every step on our journey to making the perfect cider.

Sample with Grumbo via Ed. Aroma is baked apple, brown sugar, woody, leathery, toffee and solvent. Light carbonation. Good body. Smooth dry finish.

3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear amber copper with a few bubbles. Aroma is baked apple, brown sugar, leathery, woody, caramel, vanilla. Quite sweet with light tartness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Sweet, baked, lightly tannic drying finish. Enjoyed this.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is nice jammy apple, appel pie filling. dry edge, woody notes, hints of caramel. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy green apple, bark, wood, brambel, green apple. Palate is semi sweet, with a tangy finish, moderate carobnation. Xolid.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/08/24. Golden to light copper with an off white cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is dusty apples, herb, hedgerow, straw, light funk. Taste comprises crisp apple, tannins, straw, apple skins, hay bale, light acidic trace. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Okay stuff.

500ml bottle from Outhouse Brewery Taproom, Wokingham. My English Cidery #486. Clear orangey gold colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, solventy funk, caramel. Taste is tart, apple, rich, fruity, opens out with acetic funk, caramel notes, some drying acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in a box. Apple peel aroma. Copper gold. White head just sticks to the rim. Light sour with some sweetness. Light. Thin. But it's all about how amazingly dry it is. That just shuts yet mouth down.

ABV: 8.4%. Clear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, apple pie, cooked apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, dry, apple juice, cooked apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20190801]
