500ml bottle from Outhouse Brewery Taproom, Wokingham. My English Cidery #486. Clear orangey gold colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, solventy funk, caramel. Taste is tart, apple, rich, fruity, opens out with acetic funk, caramel notes, some drying acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in a box. Apple peel aroma. Copper gold. White head just sticks to the rim. Light sour with some sweetness. Light. Thin. But it's all about how amazingly dry it is. That just shuts yet mouth down.
