Bottle from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Murky yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 260717

Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry, reasonable carbonation. Soft malts, touch of grain. Trace of bubblegum esters. Dry pithy hop start followed by marmalade, orange peel and a trace of lemon. Light dry finish. Bitter linger. Disappointing after the good Single Hop - Nelson they did. This one lacks cleanliness.

Hazy deep gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and a nice fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts provide a light creamy sweetness. Hops are fairly bitter but there is plenty of smooth pine as well. Mild orange and orange pith. Quite modest Nelson grape. A little hop spice on the smooth finish. Bitterish linger. Hangs together well and is very drinkable.
