Flavour is composed of semi sweet, biscuity grains, wet grass, wet toast, cracker, spicy hop. Palate is semi sweet, grain husks, mellow carbonation. Crisp finish. Authentic. Maybe a touch sweet.

Can from HoTM. It pours clear orangey - copper with a decent white head. The aroma is toasty grains, cereal, nuttiness, spice, biscuit, rivita and crispbread. The taste is dry, bitter, peppery spice, cereal, grassy, biscuit, husk, earth, touch of sharpness, wood and rivita with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Pleasant stuff. More depth than I would expect from the style.
