8/10
Not as crisp as the filtered version, but malt is more prominent. Equally good.

Listening to TMS, eating a lentil and chickpea dhal, drinking a crisp lager. All very good.

Flavour of cigar and earth with a bitter finish. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. An excellent Bitter, exactly what I look for in the style.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours totally clear pale yellow with a small, foamy, pure white head. Lightly sweet, with pleasant pale biscuits, very mild bitterness, nips of straw, white bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more lightly sweet biscuity pale malt character, subtle bitter hay, crispy cereal. Highly drinkable. Solid.
