Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light gold and clear with a small smattering of white head. White grape and gooseberry in the aroma, light mothball funk. Sweet funky taste, more gooseberry. Smooth slightly saccharine finish. Light body, medium to heavy carbonation. Good stuff.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Light hazy gold pour with a white head. Orange marmalade, white pepper & gooseberry jam aromas. Funky tart taste, zesty lemon, bitter orange, more white pepper. Dryer than June in any other country apart from this one 🌨😕. Mouth puckering, lightly eye wincing finish.

44 cl can @ Hirvihuhta, BBE 24.11.2024 Aroma has citrus and fruit juice. Flavour has grapefuity hops, some biscuity malt, tropical fruits. Crisp, refreshing and easy to drink. Excellent.
