Can. Clear pinkish cherry red beer, residual white head. Smooth light palate, fairly dry, modest carbonation. Light smoke. Thin floral fruits. Touch of berry fruits. Thin dry finish. Curious and fairly unsatisfying, carrots? Easter Bunny has done a bunk with them!

On keg at Six Degrees North Edinburgh. Appearance - red to pink. Lovely pink/white head. Nose - earthy and sweet. Taste - topsoil and vegetable sweetness again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy middle and finish. Overall - interesting recipe. The carrots seem to dominate the saison side.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up online from Honest Brew. Pours clear cherry red with a moderate, foamy pink head. Interesting beer, actually has a lot of smokey character, some vague berry notes, background crispy wheat bread, low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. More smoked malt dominance in the finish, further berry accents. Perhaps thankfully, there's not really any 'carrot' vibe in here. Interesting beer, but you've got to like the smokey note to enjoy it (I don't mind it here).

Can at home in Hackney - picked up via Honest Brew. Pours crystal clear gold with a pure white, creamy white head. So so overall, dry and chalky, has a smokey off note, dried pale grains, some flinty minerality, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Drying finish, more flinty notes, moderate bitter grass and hay. A little rough around the edges.
