Draft. A very dark brown head with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, chocolate, and a bit of roasted malt. The has notes of roasted malt, wet hops, citrus fruits, and a bit of chocolate, leading to a bitter finish. Not clean enough for me.

On tap @ Long Arm. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate and smoke. Pours pitch black color with thin creamy light brown head and good lacing. Taste starts with rich and moderate sweet roasted malt and caramel, follows by chocolate, faint smoke and licorice, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. This one’s not in anybody’s shadow…
