Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a solid, off-white head. Faint peach in the nose paired with a hint of lactic acid. Medium body, a short nitial fruity sweetness before a distinct tartness takes over. Baking yeast tang as so often in sours. Not much bitterness. I really don't get the concept of a 'Sour IPA'. All characteristics of an IPA disappear when you sour it. 181024

Bottled (thanks Jonathan K!). Hazy goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary and some spruce to it. Flavour is sweet tropical fruits, mild spruce, pine and some mild hopburn with a bit of sweet bready and also some alcohol sweetness to it. Very easy to drink, so beware of the abv...

Bottle. Deep orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, citrusy, some mango and mild nectary tones. Flavour is mango, some sugary sweetness with mild nectar, honey and some mild biscuity tones to it.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A clear bright yelow coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is semi sweet, bright pear, candy apples, apple custard, juicy. Little quince. Flavour is composed of tangy apple, quince, lemon rind, zesty, white sugars, crisp white grape. Palate is tart and super crisp, rhubarb custard. I like it.

Bottle at home, picked up in the large Systembaloget in Malmo, 08/12/22, Clear light yellow to golden with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is apple sherbet, grass, straw, grains, apple skins. Taste comprises sweetened apple, some green apple, grass, hay, tangy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. It's okay ... comes over a touch artificial in places though.
