Bottle, 11.0%. Quite fruity and hoppy aroma. Black colour. Good stable dark down head. The flavour is very roasted with a good coffee and salt liquorice note. On top of that is a grassy and piney hop note with a distinct jam note. Coffee aftertaste. It does not taste its ABV, but good and flavourful.

Bottle fra YNWA Beer Shop, Kolding. Pours cloudy nearly black with airy but stable tan head. Clear, roasty aroma with notes of hops and malt and touches of liquorice. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with notes of dark chocolate, roast, coffee beans and C-hops. Bitter and roasty finish with hints of liquorice. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Tap at the Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is woody resin hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a surprisingly light, slightly watery resin hop, light citrus bitter palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lacks body and needs a little more flavour to go with the alcohol.

250ml draught at Ølbaren, Nørrebro. This heavy beast was shared with Esben. Decent brownish coloured head to a devil-black body. Solid aromas of roasted dark malts with scent of cocoa. Ash, dark malts, coffee grounds, and fruity bitterness followed by a burnt malt-fruity ending, long-lived. Oily palate. Very well integrated alcohol. Nice sipper (Copenhagen 29.11.2014).
