29/1/2020. Cask at the 13th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours clear, quite a dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of moderate roasted malt, milk chocolate, light coffee and caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Pretty decent mild, would be easy to drink a lot of this.

Half-pint, on cask at Harry's Bar in Wakefield. Almost black in the glass with a deep ruby shade. Slightly roasted dark malty aromas. Dark caramel flavours, rather dry. Roasted ending, a bit creamy on the swallow. Pretty nice. (04.07.2019).

10/7/2019. Cask at the 30th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly/foamy white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, caramel, grapefruit and grass. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Three B's Bee Happy ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, nutty, caramel, dusty malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, nutty, fruit earthy, pale malt, sweet malt, light honey sweet.
