500ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy gold. Apricot, biscuit, marzipan, white balsamic, pear, apple, lemon. Very undercarbonated. Shame about the carbonation because otherwise this is delicious.

500ml bottle. Pours pale gold. Lemon, juniper, white grape, champagne, soda water, sherbet. Extremely light and quite carbonated, but it works with the style. Interesting and tasty too. Good stuff.

Bottle shared on Level 42, 05/02/2018. Many thanks! A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice clean saison yeast, pale grains, white grape, wheat, light banana. Flavour is composed of light grains, wheat, little tangerine, clean saison yeast. Classic saison yeast. Paalte is light delicate, frothy crisp carboantion. . Noice.
