Bottle, 5.6%. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, spices, fruit and a little anise. Flavour is malt, fruit, spices, grainy, little anise, little citrus, hop, little harsh and a little bitter.

Bottle. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty nand hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavior. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg juletasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, spices and hops. Sweet and spicy finish.

Pours golden with a fast fading offwhite head. Aroma malt, sweet dark fruit, honey, wood, spice, alcohol. Flavor is very sweet, malty, honey, caramel, sweet dark fruit, plums, spice, alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with loads of warming alcohol. 271214

Murky amber/brown with no head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices, honey, sugar and ginger. Flavour is malt, sugar, ginger, spices, little perfume and honey.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Ambery brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, some toffee, mild herbs as well as some slight alcohol. Flavour is chocolaty along with some coffee, mild roasted notes, some toasted and toffeeish notes as well as some slight wooden notes to it.

Bottled@CPH2013. Deep golden colour with some haze to it, and a small white head to it. Aroma is honey, some slight sweet malts, fruity and floral as well as some slight nectary notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some alcohol sweetness, a bit fruity and floral notes. A bit yeasty/spicy touches to it as well.
