Bottled@CPH2013. Deep golden colour with some haze to it, and a small white head to it. Aroma is honey, some slight sweet malts, fruity and floral as well as some slight nectary notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some alcohol sweetness, a bit fruity and floral notes. A bit yeasty/spicy touches to it as well.

Draught@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2013. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild floral and herbal notes along with some bready malts. Flavour is bready, floral, herbal and some slight grassy notes. Also a bit yeasty notes to it. Clean, but nothing that spectacular.

Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty an hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Has sime "saison" notes more than US hops.

Flaske delt på dag 2, RBHD-samlingen hos Asle Bjørn: rødbrun med kort skum. Solbær/bjørnebær og sur tobakk i aroma. Smaken er tørr, metallisk (oksydert?) og mer sur enn syrlig. Mangler bocksødmen. BB 05/12/14, så den kan ikke ha vært ødelagt. Ingen femmer. I vasken.

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. ABV is 6.0%. Dark reddish brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of chocolate, lightly roasted malts, brown bread, dark syrup and nuts.Thin mouthfeel. Dry flavour with a slight acidity, metallic hints.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Holbæk Brunetten ].Unclear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, cacao - bread - dusty malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, caramel, dakr malt, chocolate - bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140522]
