Bottle @ Food Festival, Aarhus. 5.6 % ABV. Aroma is clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light grainy, light hoppy - flowers - and oddly unclean. Flavor is medium sweet, light acidic and light bitter. Dry and light acidic finish. Infected. 080912

Tap. Dark brown/black with no head. Aroma is malt, chocolate, sugar, little coffee and notes of alcohol. Flavour is malt, sugar, sweet, chocolate, caramel with notes of alcohol.

Bottle. 5.6 ABV. This is not retired! Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hopy slightly acetoc aroma. Light bitter acetic flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Not my favorite.

Bottle. Acording to brewer wrong ABV on label. Correct ABV is 5.6. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Modeerate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draught @ [ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2012 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear medium brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, keller, vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Aroma is sweet with licorice, chocolate, hints of grainy malt and butter. Flavour is sweet and acidic with berries, some licorice and hints of soy sauce. Messy stuff, not your typical Dunkler Bock.

Deep slightly hazy red-amber color, small beige head. Vanilla, red currant berries in the aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish, alcoholic and very berryish, acidic. Not much of dunkler bock.
