Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012
Aroma is rather boozy and sweet with lots of raisins. Flavour is very sweet with lots of raisins, sweet cherries and sugar. The alcohol is surprisingly well hidden in the taste. A beer, a sherry or a porto?

Bottled. A hazy dark brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of bread and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, bread, lemons, and peat, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy dark nutty brown with a small off-white head. A little burned caramel in the nose and some yeast. Medium body, sweet caramel, nuts and some yeast. Has an unfortunate tart edge that I’m afraid will develop. No real hoppiness. 080512
