Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 12/10/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is bitter orange, grass, hop spice, pine nip, grapefruit, melon. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, pine needle, mandarin, light stoned fruit whisper. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA with a good bitter edge.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with minimally late awakening, average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, juicy, tropical fruity and slightly zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally sugary, overall rather neutral, malty background, notes of orange, mandarine, lemon, mango, a touch of grape sugar, passion fruit, blueberry. Taste is slightly dry and powdery/papery, fruity hoppy, minimally sugary, oaty, overall rather neutral, malty basis, diluted (or even alcohol thinned) hints of orange, mandarine, mango; minimally papery finish, weak hints of alcohol. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Remarkably light and drinkable, well hidden alcohol, but - considering strength - on the other hand sadly without positive effect on depth, intensity or manifoldness of hop flavours - not fully convincing.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Surprisingly cautious, condensed but someow inhibited, citrusy fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of lemongrass, lemon, subtle tropical fruitiness. Taste is bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity and herbal-grassy hoppy with somehow raw and organic aspects, more herbal than fruity citrusiness, pale malty basis without residual sweetness; lingering, raw, citrusy hoppy finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather agressive, pungent hoppiness, raw hop juice in a way - feels a bit like if Stone would do NE-style in Stone quality (what they don't do) - close to excellence.

Pour is a hazy blonde with an average white head. Aroma is sugar and fruity hops. Flavor is more fruity hops with no bitterness. Pretty nice hazy pale ale. Everything is light but still flavorful.

Can sample at a Yana tasting at Max's place. Cloudy yellow. Fruity oniony hops, a bit of alcohol, a bit sweetish, bitter finish.
