Hazy and pale. A bit of head. Tart, the agave is awol but there's some passionfruit sitting on a big kettle sour lactic base. They've made better.

500mL bottle. Pours clear golden with small white head. Aroma has notes of sour kiwi and a bit earthy. Flavour has some sour kiwi, peach, apple; a bit on the ascetic side. Flavour's quite nice, but maybe a bit heavy-handed.

Hazy, yellow, not such a vibrant yellow, though. Thin head. Overripe peaches, some papaya, that sort of hop aroma. Orangey hop taste, soft peach, not much bitterness and the malts are flaccid, but some good hop expression salvages that lack of structure.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some tart stone fruits (kiwi, especially), some bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is on the acetic side, with tart kiwi, melon, and other miscellaneous stone fruits, a touch of bugs, and some sweetness. A bit all-over-the-place, but reasonably balanced I guess. It's alright, if a bit clunky and uncoordinated.

473mL can. Pours clear gold-yellow with foamy white head. Aroma has notes of pine, peach, citrus, and grass. Flavour has pine, slight resin, peach, citrus, and some grass. Hop expression is okay, but definitely could be better. Decent overall.

[Vintage 2022]. 500mL bottle. Pours black with foamy pinkish beige head. Aroma has a lot of dark chocolate, dark grape skins, and roasted malt. The flavour was quite dry and with very prominent red wine notes. Also had dark chocolate, a bit of roasted malt, and some tannic bitterness. A bit haphazard, but quite good and an interesting experiment.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Black colour; small tan head that disappears quickly. Aroma of cacao, dark chocolate, dirt. Good body, there is limited residual sweetness; burnt sugar and roasted malt flavour, cacao, and quite strong alcohol. An Imperial Stout. Modest.

16oz @ Ryan's shared with Alex (thx for the beer, man!) hoping that allergy effects won't affect my taste, hehe. Appearance: dark brown with a weak dark beige head. Aroma: roasted malts, chocolate, earthy, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, medium-bodied, some chocolate and roasted malt. A bit earthy in the finish. Overall: ok.

Poured from 473mL can. Near. lack with small beige head. Licorice, roast malt, wasn't a big fan of the original salted black porter so this is just okay.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear gold with white head. Fairly malty, light bready notes, soft tropical hop expression, decent.
