On tap at Farmhouse Festival 2018, pours a cloudy opaque amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out harsh brett yeast, with citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright saison yeast, harsh brett, and fresh spicy dough. Not very good and rather harsh, but it's okay.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, some white wine notes, and light oak. Flavour follows through, with lots of wild yeast, chardonnay, and farmhouse funk. Wonderful cohesion and depth here. This is great.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a cloudy amber with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out Worcestershire sauce, with light oak and some red fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with Worcestershire sauce, light oak and lightly tart red fruits. A bit faded, with a woody finish. Decent.

Cloudy blond colour. Mild floral and fruity aroma. Some residual sweetness helps the body structure, moderate spicy yeast character and not much wheat, a bit herbal but not necessarily chamomile.
