Atsetoon! Äädikas! Väga hapu... Ei no kui kirsiäädikas sobib, siis miks mitte...

Olen tahtnud Double A-d mõne aja proovida, on tundunud kirjelduse järgi huvitav... Õlu on kahjuks ameerika stiilis wild ehk siis väga happeline, sisuliselt äädika joomine ja mitte väga huvitava maitsebuketiga (nii palju kui seda happe tagant tuvastab).

Bottle. Amber, cloudy, misty. Aroma: sour, vinegar, game, dried apricots, sour cherry plum, sour fruits, pears and wild apples, bretts and lactos. Taste: very sour, a little sweetness from dried apricots, vinegar, lactic acid, bretts, apricot, not bad.

Bottle. Cloudy dark orange, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet and sour, strawberry, herbs, rhubarb, oak, a little wild. Taste: moderately sour, wild, vinegar, strawberry, popcorn with bad butter, lactobacilli specific, sour rhubarb, strange and not for everybody.

Bottle. Dark golden, slightly hazy, yellowish foam. Aroma: as strange as possible, smells of mint and tarragon, wild, barrel, sour, a little vinegar. Taste: strongly mint, wild tarragon, a little white wine, bretts, very specific.

Bottle 375 ml. Reddish-amber color, almost clear. Aroma: vinegar, cherry and cinnamon, wild, but quite pleasant. Taste: sour and cinnamon, vinegar, cherry, oak, warms, even good

Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Aroma: like vinegar, mango, apricot, white wine, sour cherry plum, strong, super sour, original. Sour taste: vinegar, mango, apricot, cherry plum, a little wildness, very sour, hard to drink.

Due to insufficient lighting conditions, arbitrary 4/5 Old wine, old winebarrels, nutcake with old, wrinkled preserved cherries in the nose. Woody, cherry flavour, old wood/oak, bit vinous. Some earthy hints, undergrowth. Oily-velvety slick, no carbonation to speak of. Pretty fantastic beer.
