Description
Binghams Brewery opened its doors in 2010 and was located in the Berkshire village of Twyford. We’ve been brewing quality cask ales across the spectrum from lighter thirst slaying session beers (3.7%) to something with a bit more oomph (5.0%).
Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter, fruity, light citrusy and crisp hoppy. Light fruity and medium dry finish.

Cask @ EBF17 2014, 17th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Binghams Bricks and Mortar ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet chocolate, earthy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, earthy, sweet chocolate, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140417]

Cask at the Tilly Shilling (JDW), Farnborough. A pale straw colour with a tight white head; fresh leafy aroma; soft citrus taste with some sharp refreshing grapefruit; and a long clean refreshing finish with a trace of ripe melon. Very good.

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. A clear pale straw pour with a tight white head; refreshing fruity aroma; soft fruity taste, with some sharp refreshing grapefruit and pineapple; and a long clean dry refreshing finish with a hint of pear. Excellent.

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Amber with a loose scummy looking cream head; aroma of sweet malt and Kentish hops; the taste is malty and slightly sour and the hops add some smoke and wood sap to a traditional English bitter finish. Very pleasant.
