Description
Binghams Brewery opened its doors in 2010 and was located in the Berkshire village of Twyford. We’ve been brewing quality cask ales across the spectrum from lighter thirst slaying session beers (3.7%) to something with a bit more oomph (5.0%).

Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

Cask @ The Falcon (JDW), High Wycombe. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Nice bitter fruity hoppy finish.

Cask @ Falcon, High Wycombe. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 170218

(Cask by gravity at White Horse, Parson's Green, London, 25 Nov 2017) Dark brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of caramel, dark fruit, nuts and a touch of smoke. Malty, roasted taste with caramel, chocolate, liquorice and a mild smoke flavour in a finish with a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, with a gentle smoke touch. Nice one.

Carry out from the brewery. A deep chestnut colour with no head; fruity aroma; fruity taste with a light touch of Christmas spices; and a warming finish with some earthy chocolate. Very pleasant and seasonal.

Cask (handpump) @ Red Lion and Pineapple (JDW), 281 High Street, Acton, Greater London, England W3 9BP. [ As Binghams Peppercorn Porter ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, light spicy, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, roasted, dark malt, blackpepper corn, initial flavor is perfume - spicy, porter flavor is average duration, pepper is long long dduration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170417] 5-4-5-3-10

Carry out from the brewery. A pale amber pour with a ring of white head; floral aroma; soft in the mouth with a clemantine taste; and a clean citrusy finish. Refreshing.

Cask at the Falcon, HWY, 22/12/17. Clear copper amber with a well presented lasting light beige head. Nose is biscuit malt, light spice, toffee, stewed fruits, toasted brown bread. Taste comprises biscuit crumbs, light caramel streak, toffee, fruit loaf, dark malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a modest bitter bite. A solid winter beer and in great condition.

Cask at the Falcon, HWY, 22/12/17. Very light haze on a pale golden blonde pour with a well presented and lasting off white head. Nose is lemon rind rind, grass, tangerine, soft breads. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, pale malts, bread dough, melon, light orange peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness and grassy bite. OK refreshing cask pale.
