Cask at The Southern. Amber pour with a thin white head. Aromas of toffee and floral to spicy hops. More toffee on the taste. Medium bodied. Slipped down nicely, but unexciting.

Amber, clear, dense white head, some lacing
Aroma of soft fruits, soft fruity light caramel, mellow citrus zest. soft nose
Taste of mellow citrus zest, soft fruity light caraeml, very slight lemon tea, fresh flavour
Palate - Thinnish body, soft sweet palate. Finish as main flavour, light sweet citrus, touch of soft lemon tea on the tail, very faint bitterness
Overall - Easy going, very quaffable, refreshing soft mellow ale, no faults. 3 pints in a row of this....obviously I liked it

Cask at The Southern. Pale yellow, good white head. Light aromas of citrus hops and caramel. More on the taste, decent balance. Light-bodied and a bit thin at the end.

On tap @ the Stockbridge Tap. Pours amber with a decent head. The nose is malt going into spice and toffee. There’s more of the same on the taste with sweet spicy toffee coming through. Light to medium bodied quite balanced. Overall, a good example of the style.
