On tap @ the Æ brewery. Pours a lightly hazy burnt orange appearance with a cream colored head. Pear, caramel, cinnamon, toast, and brown sugar in the nose. Light body. Quite a bit of spice. Apples and pears are prevalent. Some cinnamon and cloves. Not bad. Not great.

On tap @ the Æ brewery. Pours a light yellow appearance with a little haze and a white head. Pear, Apple, white pepper, and a little candy in the aroma. Medium light body. Flavor is full of candy but not overly sweet. Lots of apple, pear, banana, and gum. Low bitterness. Moderate sweetness. Fine.

On tap @ the Æ brewery. Pours a clear, deep brown appearance with a brown head. Banana, toast, dark chocolate, and a bit of pepper in the aroma. Thin body. Some bubblegum, burnt malts, pear, char, and cola in the flavor. Kind of weird. More of a scroll past situation.

On tap @ the Æ brewery. Pours a deep brown appearance with a dark brown head. Some char, light smoke, heavily roasted malts, light caramel, and chocolate in the aroma. Medium light body. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. A lot of burnt ashy smoke lingers on the tongue after the finish. Some chocolate. I like it though the body is a little too thin. A hint of graham crackers as well. I’d but this again. Spoke too soon. Last gulp had some butter on the back end.

On tap @ the Æ brewery. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with a tan head. Heavy butter / butterscotch, orange, grapefruit, and a touch of caramel in the nose. Medium light body. More diacetyl in the mouth. Moderate bitterness. A little watery. Orange juicy. If it was a little cleaner, I think is would be interesting.

On tap @ the Æ brewery. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a thin white head. Lightly herbal aroma with some orange, lemon, and a hint of gum. Light body. Flavor is a little corny. Grassy and herbal. Low sweetness. Pretty easy to chug. Nice alternative for the Bud Light crowd.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Assertive, agressive, but not over-assertive American imperial stout - black with a tan head - hearty, oily texture - intensely roasty, smoky, moderately bitter, but with balancing notes of sweet vanilla and maple - woody, bitter, smoky finish - very good, but slightly boozy as it warms.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5.5
Kind of a sugary sweet ipa - I suppose the high.sweetness is needed to somewhat balance the fairly assertive bitterness - this creates a flavor of mandarin oranges in syrup and maraschino cherries - a lot of candied citrus in the.finish, along with strong but not abrasive bitterness -slight buttery diacetyl in the finish - potential in the recipe, but too sweet right now.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5.5
A bit of a disappointment, this - very little of the classic hefe yeast character - high tartness, bordering on sourness - a bit of melon - very mild white.pepper - slight metallic character - mild lemon/citrus finish - texture is nice and creamy, though.

Black pour - more like a black ipa in that the saison yeast character is minimal and the flavor is dominated.mosty by dry, moderately bitter malts and herbaceous hop character - light earthiness, but also a bit of root vegetable - finish on the thin side - this one’s a meh for me.
