Description
4 Islands Brewing is a tribute to the great moments shared by long-time and true friends in the paradisiac beaches of southern Brazil. Taking it easy, relaxing and having a good beer is the essence of our friendship and the motto of our lives. Flip flops first, questions later: more than a slogan, a state of mind.

Based in the Netherlands, our company was founded by three Brazilian friends and is currently brewing in California and Germany. This is who we are, a brewery from everywhere.

Tap at BAF. Hazy yellow with white head. Orange, soft lime, light wheat and oats, soft dank hops, tart lemon, but grassy. Medium sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied.

Tap at BAF. Bit hazy dull greenish yellow. Watery old fruits, rose, tart grains and minerals. Very bland, maybe a touch of Roosvicee? Light sour and sweet. Light bodied.

Tap at BAF. Bit hazy light golden with small white head. Sweet grains, wheat, flowery, weird candy notes, 🍭, dry milky grains, cashew? Not a lot. Medium sweet, light bitter and very light sour. Over light bodied. Very bland.

BAF 2018. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Orange amber, lacing white head. Nose is tropical sorbet fruit, sweet orange, tangerine, sugar,… Taste is nice fruity mandarin, lots of fruit, tangerine, mandarin, grapefruit, super fruity, lovely, acktually very lovely, soft carb.

BAF 2018. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Hazy citrus golden. Nose is weird chalky haze, straw, sweetish. Taste is weird chalky perfume, hay, bread, very perfume, sweetish, hay, weird chalk very faint cheese. Milky, low cheese & chalk body.

BAF 2018. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Citrus golden creamy white head. Poor smell, poor grainy sour, bread, flowers. Taste is spoiled milk, apple, grain, corn, sour, watery, watery spoiled nuts, flower, poor.

BAF! 2018. Hazy pale golden with white head. Sweet malts, light fruity sweet and grainy. Moderate sweet and bitter. Light sour and salty. Medium body and soft carbonation. Couldn’t taste the cashews but pairs well with some cashew nuts.
