Description
Knockout Brewing was founded in 2014 by Joseph McMullan, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and crafts small batches of quality beer (900 Litre batches).
Drawing on both the rich boxing heritage in Belfast and the final step in the brewing process, Knockout Brewing prides itself on it's simple straightforward approach.
We aim to brew the best beer that we can, using only the finest natural ingredients and a passion for quality. The philosophy of the brewery is one of purity — we keep the beer in its purest form by bottle-conditioning it. It isn’t filtered, isn’t pasteurised and is naturally carbonated leaving a natural and flavoursome product. All of our beers are brewed using whole cone hops and the best barley malt we can find

1/4/2026. Can shared by Robin, cheers. Pours well. Big leafy spruce aroma, grassy, herbal, husky fruits, veggie edge. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Quite drying. Body is fine. Interesting one.

Can from Beer52. Pours a cloudy straw colour with white head. Aroma has a slight yeasty overripe pineapple with some underlying grain. Taste of grains, biscuit, overripe citrus and pineapple, hint of yogurt. A bit average although good medium body and fine carbonation for a 4% pale.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Tewkesbury Winter Ales Festival, 7/2/2020. Amber in colour, with a thin, white, head. Citrus hops with a spicy kick, rich marmalade notes, rich tea malts, leading to a moderately dry finish. Good.
