Keg at Moeder Lambic. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is decent leafy hop, orange. Raw grains, dusty grains. Flavour is composed of straw, earthy wheat, bitter hop, grassy, with a little herbal.. Firm back of the throat bitterness. Palate is bitter, semi sweet, grassy, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 09/12/18. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is citric sherbets, lemon drizzle, melon, airy malts, light floral notes. Taste comprises pale malts, orange peel, light herb, grassy, lemon rind, breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok.

Cask at Moeder Lambic. A mostly clear mid orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet musty grape, oak, some brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sour, tangy green apple, musty wine, light rasin bread.. Palate is semi sweet, tang, lowish carbonation, prickly carbonation.

Draft at Moeder Original, Brussels. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, light flowers, oak and a soft funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Moeder Lambic, St Gilles, 08/12/18. Almost clear golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is light funk, stewed fruits, hay bale, mellow barrel, vinous trace. Taste comprises apple skin, dusty fruits, vinous, wood must, gentle muscatel, grape must, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough easy drinking and well rounded sour.

0,25l from cask at Moeder Original. Amber lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells citric, earthy, berry notes, light grapes, light sirup, hints of cherries. Nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, spices, musty, wood, spices, peppery, grassy, light berry notes, grapes. Finishes rather dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, earthy, some citric notes. Rather nice one 7, 4, 7, 3, 16

Bottle at Au Trappiste. Pours clear amber. Aroma is grapes, dust, funk, damp cellar. Body is medium, super bitter, funky, very sour and quite tart. Low carbonation. Some fruit, but lower than expected. Quite oaky. A bit unbalanced. Good.
