Cask @ Microbar, Manchester. Golden with a thick frothy head. Crisp and hoppy in character, with a light drinkable session texture. There’s some mild sugars in both aroma and taste.

Cask @ Bar Fringe, Manchester. Clear golden with a smooth head. Lightly and lightly fruity, with as good crispness that makes it sessionable.
