Bottled@SBWF2015. Orangeish amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, nectary, wooden and some mild earthy notes. Flavour is nectar, caramel, some floral and mild resiny notes. A slight bit of yeasty spiciness as well.

Bottled@SBWF2015. Pitch black colour, not much head. Aroma is floral, grassy, liquorice, some lip balm and mild roasted notes. Flavour is liquorice, some lip balm/aloe vera like notes along with mild alcohol and some wooden notes. Quite interesting flavour combination and a long liquorice aftertaste to it.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2015) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted, floral nose with violets, coffee and chocolate. Malty, fruity taste with notes of sweet espresso, violets, chocolate, liquorice and a sweet finish with a mild cacao bitterness. Almost full body, quite sweet. Ok, I like liquorice and violets, but there’s too much violets and it’s too sweet. Quite tasty, but a bit unbalanced. Still, quite enjoyable.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 26 Sep 2015) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate and a touch of chilli. Malty, roasted taste with dark chocolate, black coffee, liquorice, gentle chilli flavours and a balanced roasty bitterness. almost full body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well made stout with a balanced chilli character. Nice one.

Bottled at Katarina Ölkafé, Stockholm. Pitch black, small beige head. Aroma of hazelnut cream. Sweet with near full body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar, hazelnut paste and coffee, some dark chocolate. Sweet and dessert-like, but with significant somewhat resinous bitterness. Not very complex, but rich and reasonably balanced.

Sample at SBWF 2015. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of malt, light yeast, caramel and some fruit. On the sweet side with a medium body. An ok one.

Bottle at SBWF2015. Black color, medium-sized beige head. Strong flowery spicey aroma with licorice. Medium-bodied. Lots of licorice. Very perfumic. Very. Then more licorice and saccarine. Unique but not enjoyable.

Bottle @sbwf15. Amber color with a thick white head. Sweet fruity on the nose, bit stuffy. Flavor has caramel sweetness, citrusy notes, strong bitterness . mild flavored, but overall nice drinkability.

Bottle at SBWF2015. Deep amber color, medium-sized off-white head. Metallic, piney hoppy aroma with hints of caramel. Medium-bodied. Sweetish caramel front then grassy hoppyness. Simple. Too sweet.
