Bottle @sbwf15. Dark brown with a thin white head. Very spicy aroma, sweet licorice, floral notes. Floral, spicy stuff that overrides everything. Candy sweet licorice, ok bitter, dry finish. Not sure if I like this or not. Interesting though.

33cl bottle @sbwf15. Pours deep amber with a dense white head. Belgian yeast, citrus and spicy notes. Sweet and peppery. Flavor has caramel, toffee notes, spices and yeast. Too sweet for me. Medium to full bodied.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Black with a tan head. A lot of viola both in the aroma and taste. Also licorice and some chocolate. Very sweet and unbalanced. Not my kind of beer.

Bottle @ Katarina Ölcafé. Pours hazy yellowish brown with a frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is malty, fruity and grassy with dark bread, crispbread, grapefruit juice, mango, moist grass, pine needles, green peas and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, malty, fruity, grassy and yeasty. Mouthfeel is round, tiny oily, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with dark bread, caramel, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, moist grass, pine needles, moist soil, orange zest and lemon zest. Heavy and bready without any elegance. Sweet and heavy on the caramel. Not for me... --- Beer merged from original tick of Sätraängs IPA on 20 Sep 2015 at 13:30 - Score: 5

Bottle at Katarina Ölkafe. Hazy amber with a medium head. Aroma and taste of mostly plastic and some butter. Something was probably wrong with the bottle.
