(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 9 Sep 2023) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with bread, peaches, grass and clove. Fruity, wheaty taste with notes of bread, citrus, peaches, grass and clove. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Sep 2023) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with mixed fruit, citrus, peaches and herbs. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of dried fruit, peaches, citrus, coriander, candy sugar and a balanced spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. A bit simplistic, lacking the complexity of a tripel. Still, quite enjoyable.

Bottle@SBWF2022. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is pear, some toasted, liquorice and mild cocoa tones. Flavour is pear, some roasted tones with mild liquorice and some toffee. Smooth. Sounded strange, but worked rather nicely.

Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, candy sugar and a mild spicy bitterness in a slightly vinous finish. Full body, quite sweet. Tasty and warming. Quite nice.
