--Bottled at Bredaryds Wärdshus, Bredaryd. -- Almost clear amber, small head. Caramelly nose with evident alcohol. Sweetish with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and brandy, pears and hay. Warming mid bitter finish.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 9 Oct 2021) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with caramel, flowers and herbs. Malty, spicy taste with notes of caramel, apricots, yeast and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2021) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, coffe, liquorice, pears and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. The pear touch is actually quite weird, but in some way tasty. Nice one.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Oct 2021) Deep golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with passion-fruit and tropical fruit. Fruity taste with notes of passion-fruit, tropical fruit, grapefruit and a mild tropical, but slightly metallic, bitterness. Medium body, dry. A bit one-dimensional, but fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

ABV: 3.5%. Cloudy - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity hops - fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210723]
