Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy amber. Aroma and taste are banana, yeast, fruits, hops, wheat malt and has a nice fruity finish.

75cl bottle, corked. Cloudy golden at first, down right ugly and muddy at the bottom of the bottle, small unstable offwhite head. Yeasty aroma, sugar and malt. A lot of yeast. Sweet flavour, yeast, orange, phenolic notes. Very one dimensional and boring.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Hyldals Hærvejen Sorten Trold ].Clear dark brown colour with a large, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate - dark chocolate, wood, dark malt sweet malt, herbal (asume that will be the nettles). Flavor is moderate sweet with a long to average duration, ash, dark malt, roasted - chocolate, herbal, yeast - minerals, medium dry, light burnt, light sour notes. IMO. quit simple - one diminsion.
